Discover amazing finds across three exciting ways to participate: explore our vibrant Hotspots where multiple vendors gather in prime locations, visit Official Vendor Sites with registered vendors displaying official signage, or hunt for hidden gems at Unofficial Vendor Sites throughout participating communities. Ready to get involved? Reach out to your community representative for more information about participating as a vendor or hosting a site. If your community is not listed, send us a message and we will connect you!
*Whether you are a hotpot, official or unofficial vendor holder, please request a yard sale permit if your city or county requires one.
Hot Spots, Official and Unofficial Vendors
Experience the heart of Traditions Treasures at our designated hotspots! These prime locations offer concentrated treasure hunting with multiple vendors and activities in one area.
Look for Official Traditions Treasures Site signs at registered vendor locations! These vendors have paid the $25 registration fee and display official signage, promising quality and authenticity for your treasure hunting experience. Official Sites must be within visual distance of Hwy 15 and may charge individual vendors at their discretion.
We invite anyone to participate as unofficial vendors. Even though they haven’t registered for official signage, they’re still part of the Traditions Treasures experience and welcome treasure hunters along the highway.

Unofficial Sites
We encourage individuals to join the fun by setting up their booths on private property along the route. There is no need to pay a fee for an unofficial site, but please register so that we have a count of your participation. Also, you must have permission from the property owner. Traditions Treasures does not maintain a list of property owners to contact. Talk to your friends and neighbors along Hwy 15, but please do not harass strangers or businesses for a spot. Especially, do not enter agriculture fields! There’s plenty of room along Traditions Hwy to find a spot.

Safety is our priority! As you navigate through the treasure troves, remember to drive cautiously and park safely off the highway. Keep the roads clear by avoiding parking in the road, right-of-way, or medians, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all. Remember, the highway is for vehicle traffic, not foot traffic.
Don’t miss out on the excitement of Traditions Treasures Yard Sale! Mark your calendars, gather your treasure chests (and trailers), and embark on a thrilling adventure filled with surprises and savings. And remember, cash is king (most vendors will not be able to accept electronic transactions).
